Okay, this just works!
This is surprisingly perfect. It shouldn’t fit, but it totally does.
A Kings!Stucky AU, I think I’m in love. Even if it breaks my heart… 😉 Music by Placebo.
ETA: Sadly, the link has disappeared and I can’t find the vid again.
“Bucky,” Steve repeated, as if it were the most natural thing in the world to assume they were friends now. “Thanks for the help back there.“
"Any time,” he said back, and it was Patroclus who spoke.
Mature, WIP (but oh, so good!). In which Bucky and Steve are the reincarnations of Patroclus and Achilles, and Greek mythology fits perfectly into the MCU. Seriously, this is amazing.
I’d watch the shit out of this movie! 🙂 I love how the vidder used Middle earth (as well as some other movies) as dream footage. Music: Inception trailer.
He was stubborn and arrogant and had no idea how kind he really was, and Clarke loved him so much she thought she might die of it.
In another universe, she did. Bellamy stayed dead when he fell and Clarke stayed dead when she crashed, and the world went on without them and they became nothing more than an old story, two war heroes with a romantic story and some old newsreels and comic strips.
Some days, she thinks she’d rather be in that one anyway. At least then, she’d know how it ended.
Teen, Steve/Bucky!AU. Locked for AO3 users. This is probably my favourite of all the MCU AUs I’ve read – it all fits brilliantly, all the ways that are the same and all the ways that are different.
OMG, holy shit, so this vidder actually created his own special effects, making it possible for the Doctor and Sherlock to actually interact – in the TARDIS!
This mashup is perfection! The way the two sources are edited together is totally flawless. Seriously, it makes me want to fistbump and highfive the universe.
Steve wakes to a world terrorised by kaiju and steps up to pilot a jaeger. Natasha assists. Bucky wakes as the Winter Soldier and struggles to find a new identity. Steve is entirely unhelpful. And while Steve comes to terms, someone else saves the world.
Mature, AU. I’m a total sucker for Pacific Rim/MCU crossovers – this is unique in that it actually merges the two worlds, and does a very good job, too. This allows the story to focus on Steve learning how to deal with this new Bucky, who is both his old friend and someone very much different.
This is amazing! Seriously, you can’t tell it’s from two completely different sources, the Doctor and River Tam go together so perfectly. Music: Youth, by Daughter.
