Jace reels back. It’s been years of Jace initiating contact and Alec greedily taking it. Alec craves touch even though he’ll only admit it when Jace needles him about it, but only from people he explicitly trusts. Jace’s hand burns from where it slid off Alec’s shoulder.

“Hey, are you ok?” Jace asks, concern laced in his words.

“I’m sorry, I don’t mean to be rude,” Alec hunches into his shoulders, moves his body away from Jace’s, “I’m Alec by the way.”

Steve finds Bucky – or rather, one Jimmy Binns, Subway employee. This is lovely, with amazing characterizations, I had to read this basically in one sitting.

Surely it’s nothing but an odd coincidence.

Adult, Sense8!AU. This fic is an amazing trip – all the characters and how they work in this context are completely and utterly compelling. Many pairings, as befits the subject, but mainly Steve/Bucky.

Adult (for past violence and trauma). This is an intense look at a Bucky who’s struggling to recover from years of abuse and how this affects his relationship with Steve. I honestly mainlined this in one day – it’s dark but seriously compelling.

Twelfth Night, by selfinduced

Dom watches the way Matt’s tongue presses into the inside corner of his mouth as he concentrates on Dom’s sunburn, and something inside him that’s been threatening to break all day, that he’s been holding together with everything he has, that seems to start shaking apart even more whenever anyone is remotely kind, is rising up again. And here is Matthew bloody Daddario, with his kind eyes and capable hands and his wide, luscious mouth, curving like it has no bloody clue how devastating it is all the bloody time.

Adult. This is my favourite Sherdario thing ever. Just… the dialogue, the interactions, the sexiness, it’s all so perfect!
