Lan Wangji hates Wei Wuxian.
That’s what Wei Wuxian and the rest of the world think anyway. That’s also the reason why no one can wrap their mind around the news that Lan Wangji has agreed to star alongside Wei Wuxian, and as his love interest no less.
(Spoiler Alert: Lan Wangji doesn’t really hate Wei Wuxian)
This bears absolutely no resemblance to any actual film set, but it’s got my favourite combo of sizzling hot sex, oblivious boys and deep feels. Will definitely re-read! 
The evening Lan Wangji – Lan Zhan to friends, or rather friend, being all of one, being all of Wei Ying – accidentally overhears the heart’s desire of his heart’s desire is a cold winter’s day, the first snow falling outside.
“Brother Wei,” Nie Huaisang says cheerfully, another voice Lan Zhan knows far too well. “Still no luck getting Lan Wangji to Netflix and chill with you?”
Jiang Cheng makes a retching noise. Wei Ying makes a stuttering noise.“I don’t….!” Wei Ying protests, but Nie Huaisang only laughs and Wei Ying stutters again and groans and sighs. “How do you know… I want to….”
Lan Zhan looks down at his hands, brow furrowed. Netflix and chill? Wei Ying wants to watch Netflix with him and relax? That is his heart’s desire? It sounds slightly odd, but Lan Zhan wants Wei Ying to have anything, everything, has since Wei Ying persistently annoyed his way into Lan Zhan’s heart when they were 15 and at school together and apparently, everything includes Netflix and chill with him.
Lan Zhan will make that happen.

“This is not serious music.”
“Of course it’s not serious. Music isn’t supposed to be serious,” Wei WuXian says. He bounces off the bed and grabs Lan WangJi by both hands, pulling him into the room. “Here, I’ll show you.”
He twirls Lan WangJi around the narrow room, their feet slipping on the wood floor. Wei WuXian’s laughter almost drowns out the song, but then the chorus comes back and he belts it at the top of his lungs, eyes closed, just feeling it. They spin through several full rotations before Lan WangJi stops them by grabbing Wei WuXian and crushing him to his chest.
It’s a punishingly tight squeeze. His sweater is soft.
“We are not here to study contemporary commercial music,” he says, intoning it like it’s a proper noun. Contemporary Commercial Music. The wrong path to follow. “Turn it off and go to bed.”
Lan WangJi releases him and Wei WuXian’s heels hit the floor. He hadn’t realized Lan WangJi had lifted him off his feet.
This is altogether wonderful, from this delightful first meeting right to the crescendo of them finally getting together. 
Wei Wuxian read Lan Wangji’s letter again, unraveling each line in his mind. Already he chose some favorite phrases–the day you left was full of weary hours. Rain spreads cool relief upon these heated evenings, which have only worsened since your parting…
“Lan Zhan, Lan Zhan, who knew you could be so forward,” smiled Wei Wuxian under his breath. The corners of his mouth twisted. A breeze rustled the tree leaves, now full and green in the dawn of summer. “Shameless!”

This is simply a gem, following Wei Ying’s travels at the end of the show, connected with his Lan Zhan only by letter – beautiful letters, as is this entire fic.

Lan Wangji nods. “If you must marry,” he says again, “don’t let it be with anyone else.”
A short and sweet canon divergent fic that made me smile.
“Lan Zhan, do you like someone?”
Lan Zhan freezes and Wei Wuxian nearly walks into him, bracing himself against Lan Zhan’s chest and looking up at him. Lan Zhan’s face has gone still, but his ears flush and his lips have parted, and Wei Wuxian oddly feels his heart sink. Oh. Oh, it is true. Lan Zhan does like someone.
“I,” Lan Zhan says, and the panic in his voice is almost adorable. “I…”“You do like someone!” Wei Wuxian exclaims, and Lan Zhan’s ears redden even more.
“…. Mn,” Lan Zhan breathes, watching Wei Wuxian so intently that Wei Wuxian almost forgets what he’s meant to say. Right. Who Lan Zhan likes.
“Who is it?” Wei Wuxian asks, and Lan Zhan’s gaze seems almost incredulous. “What?”
This just delights my heart, an utter joy to read from start to finish.
Slowly, Lan Xichen walks up to his uncle and his heart grows heavier with each step. He can feel the surge of power behind the melody, he can feel it spreading further and further away from the cave, always finding its way past a barrier that should be impenetrable, beckoning and pleading, drawing spirits close and sending them away with a message, Wei Ying, Wei Ying, Wei Ying…

This is heartbreakingly beautiful, a missing scene set during the years of Lan Wangji’s punishment.
They tell him that he’s been cursed.
They tell him that they will look through the scrolls in the library to find a way to undo it.
Some of the elders offer that it might not be a bad thing that he’s forgotten, if all he has forgotten is Wei Wuxian.
Nobody tells him who Wei Wuxian is.
Lan Wangji thinks he can guess.

Short but poignant and oh-so lovely, this is a small gem of an amnesia fic.
The picture of himself and Lan Zhan that the gossip and rumors are painting is alluring, tempting, captivating – in love, together, kissing, sleeping together every night – oh, how captivating. A far better picture than Wei Wuxian sitting in a inn missing Lan Zhan with every breath after three weeks at Nie Huaisang’s whining about how much he missed Lan Zhan and yet not quite daring to do something about it; meanwhile Lan Zhan is being His Excellency and making the cultivation world hopefully better, but on his own, possibly missing Wei Wuxian as well. (Hopefully missing him, Wei Wuxian is selfish enough to think.)
Maybe it’s time to be a little daring – and make the rumors come true, one at a time.
